I bought a bunch of phone cards this morning, and an hour later, this is in my mail:

Just curious...what IS Seacrow?

Twenty minutes later, he's on the phone saying this was the number I had put in my user registration and he went to seacrow.com and there was nothing on the site, and if I could please e-mail him explaining what the heck seacrow was.

I've been asked several times what "seacrow" means, but never by someone who got so curious he was willing to disregard company policy against contacting customers for non-business reasons.

Maybe I should write a FAQ.
